Robyn Cates

Robyn cut her teeth in the industry as Project Manager for Greenscape Geeks. There she oversaw installations and developed her preferred palate of native plants. From there, she expanded her expertise through roles with Heath Outdoor and others, specializing in residential project design.

Originally from Oklahoma, Robyn earned her BS in Mathematics before moving to Indianapolis, where she built her career blending problem-solving, leadership, and design. She's spent over a decade running her own consulting firm, focused in business and nonprofit development, grant writing, and strategic planning.

Robyn enjoys creating spaces in her personal life as well. She loves working on her 100-year-old bungalow, hosting high tea for her daughter, entertaining friends, and, of course, gardening.
